Which Portal Holds Your Burger King Pay Stubs?
The portal you use depends on how your restaurant is owned and operated. The most commonly used systems at Burger King include the Carrols employee portal with ADP, Sage Employee Self Service, EfficientHire, and platforms like Paylocity or Paycom at independent locations.
Before you try to log in anywhere, confirm whether you work at a Carrols-operated restaurant or an independent franchise. Your pay stub header will show the employer name — Carrols Restaurant Group or the franchise operator’s business name.

Carrols BK Employees — Pay Stubs at ess.burgerk.com
ess.burgerk.com is the Burger King Employee Self Service portal powered by Sage and managed by Carrols Restaurant Group. Employees use it to view pay stubs and access tax documents. Log in at ess.burgerk.com/ess/ with your employee ID and PIN.
Once logged in:
- Navigate to Pay Stubs or Payroll from the main dashboard
- Select the pay period you need
- Click to view the pay stub
- Download as a PDF to save or print
A second access point is carrols.com/Home/Employee, which provides access to ADP online pay statements. From here you can view your pay summary or access W-2 documents.
Burger King franchise employees are typically paid bi-weekly. New pay stubs appear in the portal on payday. If a pay stub is missing after a pay period passes, wait one business day then contact your payroll department.

What Your Burger King Pay Stub Shows
Your pay stub covers four key areas. Gross pay is your total earnings before anything comes out, including regular hours, any overtime at time-and-a-half, and bonuses. Deductions cover federal and state income tax, Social Security, Medicare, and any benefit premiums you contribute to. Net pay is your take-home amount after all deductions. Year-to-date totals show cumulative figures from January 1 to the current pay period, which are useful for tracking your annual earnings before W-2 season.
If any figure looks wrong, report it to your payroll department within the same pay period. Corrections become harder to process retroactively.\
Former Burger King Employees — Getting Old Pay Stubs
Former Carrols employees without portal access can email payroll@carrols.com or call +1-315-479-5548. You need your employee ID number and the last four digits of your SSN. Provide your name and the specific pay periods you need records for.
For independent franchise locations, contact the HR office at your former restaurant directly with your employee ID and the pay periods you need. Act quickly — portal access for former employees at most fast food chains is deactivated within two to four weeks of leaving.
Download all your pay stubs as PDFs before your last shift to avoid this situation entirely.
Common Pay Stub Problems
Pay stub not showing for the current pay period — Wait one business day after payday. If nothing appears, confirm with your manager that your employee record and direct deposit details are fully set up in the system.
Cannot log in to view pay stubs — See our Burger King employee login hub for portal-specific login fixes.
Pay stub shows wrong hours — Report this to your manager or payroll office immediately. The sooner you flag it, the sooner it gets corrected.
